So Matt wasn't really a fan of this question. Since he really doesn't enjoy reading, it's not easy for him to come up with any favorites. I'm sure he could tell you which are his very un-favorites,
cough, cough, textbooks. His words when I asked him the question were, "I don't really care about books, or blogs." So I guess we don't really get an answer from him on this one. If he were to read something not on the internet though, it would most likely be a car magazine.
For me, obviously the
Harry Potter series is high up there. Clich
é, I know. If I have to pick out of the series, books 4, 6, and 7 would be my favorites. Non Harry Potter but still fictional speaking I think I would choose
Eragon or
Angels and Demons.
As far as non-fiction goes, my option pool to choose from isn't as large but I still enjoy them.
Night by Elie Wiesel is probably my favorite.

I like the Eragon series too... I guess, well, I need to finish the second and start the third...so...maybe I can't actually say... "series" =P
